Welche Art von elektronischer Signatur erzeugt TypeSign?What kind of electronic signature does TypeSign create?

Eine einfache elektronische Signatur im Sinne der eIDAS-Verordnung (Art. 3 Nr. 10). Ihr Kunde zeichnet seinen Namenszug, bestätigt die Einwilligungen, und TypeSign hält Zeitpunkt, Prüfsumme des Dokuments und Einwilligungen auf einer Nachweisseite fest. Einer solchen Signatur darf die Rechtswirkung nicht allein deshalb abgesprochen werden, weil sie elektronisch ist (Art. 25 Abs. 1 eIDAS); im Streitfall würdigt ein Gericht sie frei – die Nachweisseite hilft dabei. TypeSign erzeugt keine fortgeschrittene und keine qualifizierte elektronische Signatur.A simple electronic signature within the meaning of the eIDAS Regulation (Art. 3 No. 10). Your customer draws their signature, confirms the consents, and TypeSign records the timestamp, the document checksum and the consents on an evidence page. Such a signature may not be denied legal effect solely because it is electronic (Art. 25 (1) eIDAS); in a dispute, a court assesses it freely – the evidence page helps.
